Todd is a grunt working for Vagabond Inc. whose face was burned in an encounter with Backlash.

During a second encounter at a Vagabond science lab, Todd and several scientists were nearly killed by explosions, hyper-scientific chemicals, and toxins. Instead of dying they merged into a large misshappen humanoid entity named Odd Todd, driven entirely by a hate of Backlash.
